On our tables since 2007. Now in yours.
Chef Tony's House White Balsamic Vinaigrette. Extra-virgin olive oil, white balsamic, a touch of sweetness. Bottled in small batches. Shipped across the country.
Nineteen years. One bottle.
We made this dressing the day we opened in 2007. It went on every salad in every Chef Tony's location since. The regulars kept asking to take some home. So we started bottling it.
Same recipe. Same proportions. Same small-batch process. Extra-virgin olive oil, white balsamic, herbs, and a touch of sweetness that ties it all together. Nothing artificial, no thickeners, no shortcuts — the same refusal that runs through everything else we cook.
It's the only thing we've sold the same way for nineteen straight years.
Community · Conversation · Connection.
We're often asked, “What are those 3 Cs about?”
It started inside our restaurant — a safe sanctuary to experience life with friends and family. We believe food is an international connector. We converse and create community.
Therefore: 3 Cs.
We don't just eat. We dine — and recognize the human bond created through food.
How our regulars actually use it.
Built for salads. Used for a lot more.
On salads
Crisp greens, ripe tomatoes, shaved parmesan. The dressing we put on every salad in the dining room — at home, on yours.
As a marinade
Chicken, shrimp, even a thick-cut salmon. The white balsamic carries flavor into the protein without overpowering it.
With fresh tomatoes
Sliced summer tomatoes, sea salt, a drizzle of this. Maybe some torn basil. Done.
For dipping bread
Pour a small dish, hand it to whoever's hungry waiting for dinner to finish. Buys you ten minutes.
Take a bottle home with you.
The same branded bottle Tony and Sonia stand behind in the kitchen — their photo is right on the label.
