Chef Tony's Fresh Seafood ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us if you have questions or want your information removed.

Information we collect

When you fill out a form on our site — newsletter signup, catering request, private-event inquiry, donation request, or contact form — we collect the information you give us: name, email, phone number, and the details of your request. We don't ask for anything you don't need to give.

Like most websites, we also collect basic visit data: which pages you viewed, your approximate location, what device and browser you used. This helps us understand what's working on the site and what isn't.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, send a quote, or confirm a reservation.
To send you the emails or texts you've opted into — never to anyone you haven't.
To remember you when you visit again so we don't ask the same questions twice.
To improve the website itself.

Who sees your information

The team at Chef Tony's sees it. The trusted tools we use to run the business see it too: our customer database (GoHighLevel), our website backend (Supabase + Netlify), and our reservation and payment processors. Those companies have their own privacy policies and security commitments.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Marketing emails and texts

If you opted into our email list, you'll get a few emails a month — seasonal menus, wine dinners, holiday menus, special events, and the occasional thank-you. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

SMS opt-in is separate. If you signed up for texts, we send no more than a couple a month, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Cookies

Our site uses essential cookies (to keep the site working) and a small amount of analytics cookies (to count visits). We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what we have on file about you.
Correct anything that's wrong.
Delete you from our list entirely.

Email info@cheftonysseafood.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and we'll handle it within a reasonable window.

Children

Our site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you're a parent and think we have your child's information, email us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time — usually because we've added a new feature or changed a vendor. We'll always update the "Last updated" date at the top.
