A hands-on afternoon with Chef Tony & Chef Sonia
Two hours will fly by. Join Chef Tony and Chef Sonia Marciante — with special guests All Caps Farm — for a private, hands-on cooking event built around one of the most exciting ingredients in the kitchen right now: wild, locally grown mushrooms.
Meet the mushrooms
We go straight to the source. All Caps Farm grows the very mushrooms Chef Tony features on the restaurant's menus, and they'll walk you through the growing process — from spore to plate. Then we cook.
- Lion's Mane
- Pink Oyster
- Black Pearl
- …and more
Each variety gets fully discussed and woven into a series of small-plate dishes you can recreate at home.
More than a demo
This is not a sit-and-watch class. Two 30-plus-year industry veterans turn up the heat and teach with real passion. A vigorous Q&A is a big part of the afternoon, and personal attention is paid to every single attendee. Come ready to cook, taste, and learn.
What's included
