We’re a growing, slightly wild, entrepreneur-led company juggling restaurants, online brands, digital products, content creation, and new business ventures. The visionary (that’s me, Chef Tony) loves creativity, selling, and building big ideas—but quietly breaks out in hives at the sight of administrative clutter. That’s where you come in.

🧹 What You’ll Do

• Organize and systemize office tasks so no idea, receipt, contract, or plan gets lost
• Tame inboxes and help manage follow-ups and communication
• Handle light bookkeeping, expense tracking, and vendor coordination
• Document processes and keep business assets tidy
• Do light research projects to support business decisions
• Assist with scheduling meetings and interviews
• Prepare simple reports and summaries
• Keep projects on track with boards/spreadsheets

🌟 Who You Are

• You love order, lists, and systems more than most people love brunch
• You get high off productivity and crossing things off a checklist
• You’re dependable, proactive, and allergic to chaos
• You notice details—like really notice them
• You’re comfortable with Google Workspace + organizing digital files
• You don’t need hand-holding—you like a good challenge

✅ Bonus Points If You…

• Have admin or operations experience
• Enjoy project coordination
• Can write simple SOPs or organize processes
• Have small business or restaurant experience

💼 The Gig

• Part-time – around 10 hours/week
• Flexible schedule (some remote work okay)
• Pay based on experience
• Work directly with Chef Tony
