Chef Tony visited the goats at this locally owned and produced Goat Cheese Farm. Award winning cheeses get raves at our restaurant. All cheese is made with 100% Ameican ingredients and all vegetable rennet & enzymes.
We love their cheeses with Warm Flatbread, excellent Olive Oil, some Balsamic Reduction and Local Honey. Amazing.
Lobster Maine-ia
While the Lobsters are NOT local.. (everyone knows, MAINE has the best Lobsters, right?) The family and company that brings them here to Chef Tony's certainly is!
Ray Kenna and his Family run business import DIRECT from Maine, using Lobstermen that have been on the water as
long as 60+ years.
Nothing compares to FRESH out of the water Hard Shell Lobsters. We hardly have to do too much to them, just cook for our guests and let the flavor shine!

Oyster Recovery Partnership
Oysters are an incredible resource for the Chesapeake Bay and beyond.
Prior to this program being implemented, most oyster shells were just added to landfill.
Now we and many many other restaurants collect shells and the "ORP" collects every few weeks.
Through a process of cleaning and preparing for re-entry into the bay, millions of oysters attach themselves onto the
shells and begin life & continue to filter the bay water.
We're proud to be a small part of this programs success.
