One of our biggest sellers and so fun to make is our Italian Paella! We're so transparent, we're even giving you our recipe!
Matter of fact, if you join in our Cooking Community, you can see Sonia and I make it in our original restaurant!
It's basically pan roasted angel hair pasta, lobster broth, shrimp, scallop, crab mean and Mussels...very popular, a hearty dish but lighter with the lobster stock and shellfish...a real treat!

Seared Jumbo Shrimp in a tomato cream sauce with a kick? of course, sign me up!
This simple yet super popular dish has been on our menu for years...decades actually? We add in mild bananna peppers for a little crunch and some acid notes, we love it and our guests do too obviously.
Just enough "kick" to call it spicy...

Pan Seared Jumbo Scallops...
They are simply just the best you can buy.
We get "dry pack" large scallops and sear them quickly with Olive oil and a touch of butter. Nothing crazy but this speaks to our simple philosophy of EXCELLENT QUALITY seafood presented simply to highlight the quality.
We plate up in various ways, but from the original restaurant to now 17+ years later, we continue to highlight this amazing product from the sea.

Believe it or not, our signature "Chicken Antonio" has been gracing our menu for years, and one of our most popular dishes!
Pan seared chicken breast, portobello mushrooms, bacon in a garlic cream sauce..it's simple and delicious. We ARE seafood focused, but if we're doing chicken, we want to do it right!

Finally...we're finishing today with our Whole Oven Roasted Bronzino! We just feel that ANY righteous seafood restaurant just MUST feature a whole fish...it's just what we have to do!
We marinated this 1 1/4 lb fish in garlic, herbs and olive oil to build in the flavor. It's grilled for 2 minutes each side and finished in our 550 degree oven to crisp up the skin. Typically served with roasted potatoes and our daily vegetables and finished with basil oil as an accent flavor..we've literally served THOUSANDS of these.
