Our Maryland-style crab cake — all lump crab, no filler — seared golden and served with garlic mashed potatoes and our daily vegetable blend. Just $26 on Wednesdays (normally $32).
No breadcrumb filler holding it together, no shortcuts — just sweet, hand-picked lump crab and a little seasoning, the way a Maryland crab cake is supposed to be. It's become a bit of a Rockville tradition; we make extra cakes on Tuesday nights so we're ready for the Wednesday rush.
